Nutwe Automotive Fasteners Co.,Ltd was found in 1981, covers an area of over 30,000 square meters, 300 more employees and 20 more in R&D department. We manufacture bolts, nuts, screws and customized parts and provide one-stop fasteners solution for automotive OEM clients.

We have full produce processes in house, include tools dept., cold forging dept., threads dept., stamping dept., CNC dept., heat treating dept., plating dept., testing lab and optical sorting dept., etc.

We have national class testing lab, available testing include material analysis, metallurgical structure, hardness, threads gauge, strength(tensile strength, yield strength, stress strength, proof loads), coefficient of friction(COF), non-destructive testing (NDT) , coating thickness and salt spray test(NSS), geometric tolerance detection(roughness, concentricity, flatness ), etc.

We continuously improve quality with service. At present, our qualified rate in production has reached 99.5%, defective rate within 50 PPM, and annual quality complaint lower than 0.2%.

We have been certified by IATF 16949 since 1986. In 2019, we authenticated by ISO 14001 environment management system.
